Why a math book in PDF?

Each book follows the chapters of one grade or one course: numbers and operations in elementary school, ratios and equations in middle school, then functions, geometry, trigonometry, calculus and statistics. Families use them in many ways.

Keep up all year

The lesson book takes the chapters in the order of the year: a topic that was unclear in class can be read again at home. Before a quiz, the workbook gives practice, and the answers let the student check alone.

Get ready for the next grade

Printed at the end of the school year, the books make a great summer workbook to strengthen what was learned or get a head start. The chapter tests show what is solid and what needs another look.

Homeschooling and tutoring

Parents who homeschool, private tutors and homework clubs get a complete path for each grade: the lesson, the practice and the test.

Why digital?

No shipping and no waiting: the file is ready right after you pay. Print only the pages you need, keep the book on a tablet, and download it again if it gets lost.

How does it work?

Four steps, less than two minutes, and the books are on your computer.

  1. Choose your booksOne grade or several: the cart gathers all the titles for a single payment.
  2. Pay securelyWith PayPal or a card, on the secure PayPal page. No card details ever go through our sites.
  3. Download right awayYou come back to your personal page: one button per book, and an email with the link.
  4. Print as neededOne chapter before a quiz, the whole book for the summer: the file is yours.

What each book contains

  • A table of contents with page numbers and clickable bookmarks to move around the file.
  • The chapters of the grade or course, in order, with the skills each chapter builds.
  • In the lesson books: a Key facts box in every chapter, explanations and a closing set of questions and answers.
  • In the workbooks and test books: the problems in Part 1 and, in Part 2, the worked answers or answer keys with scoring.

Protected books, in your name

Each copy is prepared when you download it: your name and your order number appear discreetly at the bottom of the pages.

The link to your page only works on your devices. If it were sent to someone else, it would ask for a code sent to your inbox: your purchases stay yours.

This protection keeps prices low and lets us keep the free lessons and worksheets of the site online.

Frequently asked questions

Another question? Use our contact form.

How do I get my books after paying?

As soon as PayPal confirms the payment, you land on your download page, where each book is one click away as a PDF file. A summary email with the link to that page is sent at the same time to the address of your PayPal account.

I have two kids in different grades. Can I buy everything at once?

Yes. Put as many books as you like in your cart, for example the Grade 2 lessons for one child and the Algebra 1 worksheets for the other. You pay once ($9.99 per book) and find all the books on the same download page.

Do I need a PayPal account?

In most cases, no. The PayPal page lets you pay with a debit or credit card without creating an account. If you already have one, just log in.

Why does the payment show the name Mathovore?

Mathovore is the partner site of Maths PDF that processes payments for both sites, so its name appears on PayPal and on your statement. The books you download are the Maths PDF books.

On how many devices can I open my books?

Up to three devices per order, for example a computer, a tablet and a phone. The device used to pay is recognized right away; on the others, a six-digit code is sent to you by email.

Why is there a verification code?

So that your purchase stays yours. If the download link were passed on to someone else, it would not open the books without the code that only you receive. Each copy also carries your name and order number at the bottom of its pages.

Can I print the books?

Of course. They are laid out on US Letter pages, with a table of contents and page numbers. Print one chapter or the whole book as often as you need for your family or your class.

Which school years do the books cover?

Every grade from Grade 1 to Grade 8, the four high school courses (Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, Precalculus) and two AP courses (AP Calculus AB and AP Statistics). The full chapter list of each book is on this page before you buy.

Are the books a good fit for homeschooling?

Yes. The lessons give the year a clear path, the worksheets let the child practice and check the answers, and the tests close each chapter. Together, the three books of a grade cover the whole year.

I lost the email with my link. What can I do?

Go to the Find my books page and enter the email address of your PayPal account: all your links are sent to you again right away.

Is this a subscription?

No. Each book is paid once, with no renewal and no later charge. The file is yours to keep.

Can I get a refund after buying?

No. The books are digital files that you can download as soon as you pay. At checkout, a checkbox asks you to confirm that you want this immediate access and that you therefore give up the right of withdrawal. Please look at the contents and the sample pages of a book before adding it to your cart.
